Refund policy
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within fourteen (14) days of the date the product is delivered to you.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be unused and unlit.

Be undamaged and in the same physical condition in which it was received.

Show no signs of wear, including but not limited to soot, fuel residue, heat discoloration, dents, scratches, or deformation.

Be completely empty of fuel, not shipped with any fuel inside, and be clean and free of all fuel odors or residue.

Include all original components and accessories.
Any product that has been used, ignited, modified, fueled, or contaminated with fuel or soot will not be accepted for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged.
2. Refunds
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will conduct an inspection to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements listed above.

If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within five (5) to seven (7) business days.

If the return is denied, the product may be returned to you at your expense.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives in a damaged, defective, or otherwise unusable condition, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
You must provide:

Photographs clearly showing the damage,

Photographs of the packaging and shipping materials, and

Your order number.
Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, issue either a replacement at no cost or a full refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products containing fuel or showing any fuel residue

6. Shipping Requirements for Returns
All returned products must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Products must not contain any fuel and must not be shipped with fuel under any circumstances, in accordance with shipping regulations.
